Each task is a Markdown card, and the tareas CLI is how agents read and change them. On top sits a local kanban that I also open from the Mac.
On the tablet, the home screen shows what is next on the calendar, the weather, today’s meals, the Claude and Codex plans with a pace mark, and only the tasks that have a reason to be done now.
Voice commands are transcribed locally with Whisper and Claude turns them into a plan. The tablet shows what it understood and changes nothing until you tap “Do it”.
Lessons learned
The tablet GPU is three times smoother, but its driver draws even a flat page wrong. It stays on software rendering with a design without opacity or animations, which is also cheaper to paint.
