It has a global view and one tab per project. It installs skills from a GitHub folder and deletes them to the macOS trash, so they can be recovered.
I use it daily as a macOS app: a Dock icon that starts the local server if needed and opens the panel in the browser.
Lessons learned
I packaged it as a macOS app that just opens a local web page. The day I moved the repo to the trash it stopped launching, because the app points at the code folder.
