Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md and the scripts it needs. It’s my most-starred repo and where the Harness Starter came from.
It’s a snapshot of the skills I use, not the version I have installed. Many of mine carry details that only make sense for me, like my accounts, my folders or my workflows, and there’s no point in publishing them with all that inside.
Lessons learned
Skills go stale fast. Maintaining them is mostly deleting the ones no agent has used in weeks.
