DevExpert Academy

DevExpert's academy. Courses, video lessons and community, on the web and in native apps.

Android is on Google Play, iOS in review

It’s where DevExpert students follow their courses: each course’s syllabus, the recordings of the live classes, announcements and a community per course. You sign in with an email link or a passkey, no passwords.

It also has an AI tutor, a simulator of the harness we use in AI Expert and its own inference service: each student turns on a key to use chat, image, voice and embedding models for as long as the course lasts.

The Android app is out on Google Play and the iOS one is in review. The last two screenshots come from the Google Play listing, with sample data.

Lessons learned

It started as just a website. When the native apps arrived it had to become a monorepo, so the web, Android and iOS could share the catalogue, tests and migrations.
